On 10 Oct 2013 I applied for an additional line under my contract, but after being notified that there is no stock of the specific handset, I emailed and called the online order call centre to cancel this order. Whereafter the call centre would have confirmed the cancellation and advised me to apply instore rather as they have stock availability. 17 Oct I receive a call from the courier with the delivery of the online order handset, which I send back as CANCELLED and call the online call centre and Vodacom Online Chat AGAIN... who makes empty promises ONCE AGAIN... Kagiso from the online orders department and Charelle from Vodacom online chat both promised to contact me and make sure that this extra line WILL be cancelled... still waiting for the confirmation... and if this is not done before due payment, I WILL wait with my account payment until done. A manager or anyone with BRAINS that can think logical should rectify this A.S.A.P.!!! I am fed up doing my service providers job properly!!!
