I want my money back

I ordered a phone online with vodacom then i phoned in to cancel the recorded as i didn't want the phone anymore. Then they delivered the phone anyway. so i told the driver to take it back as i had cancelled it, so he took it back.

Now on the 26th a debit order went out from my account for the phone that i cancelled and when i phone them they tell me that the phone is active. ( which is very strange because it was cancelled) and no one helps me when i call in. i just my money back.
