Vodacom - Credit not being paid out to me

I ordered a cell phone via Vodacom Direct, cancelled the phone and contract within 10 days, phone AND SIM card were collected by Vodacom via RAM courier services on April 26th and I was told by one of the call centre people that the credit on my account would be refunded to me. On May 1, 2013 the monthly subscription fee was deducted from my bank account despite the contract having been cancelled, so an amount of R226 plus is owed to me.

In the past month I have spoken to people at 082 1950/1945/1958/1905 etc, in ad nauseum, and yet no-one is taking ownership of this problem. The latest is that the account has been 'downgraded' to a pre-paid account with a balance of R226.95 but I am unable to access this money/talk-time AS I DO NOT HAVE THE SIM CARD.

Very simply, I want this money either transferred to the phone number that I use every day or paid into my bank account. I have 2 other active contracts/accounts at Vodacom and a pre--paid number which I have been using since 1996.

Please Vodacom sort this out.
