I want money mony refund for BIZ I was not using!

I upgaded in Feb from a blackberry to an iphone and was told that the BIZ was cancelled. 4 months later a realize that I have been biiled each month for the BIZ. I went into a Vodacom shop and had it cancelled. I phoned the number I was given about 2 weeks ago to lay my request to have my money refunded and was told that someone would phone me in 24 hours to arrange the refund. About 4 days later I phone back because no one has phoned me yet, just to find out that my request was not on the system and was not filed. So I filled the request again and this time was given a reference number and told the same thing, that some one will phone me in 24 hours, now a week later still one one hase phoned! I WANT MY MONEY BACK, I AM NOT PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT I WAS NOT USING BECAUSE SOME FORGOT TO CANCEL IT., or is this how Vodacom makes some extra bucks? How many people think that BIZ was cancelled and still continue paying for it?
