Yellow mobile offered me a top up contract but when the phone was delivered on 25/7/13 it was not the phone i was told i would get. On 29/7/13 i phoned yellow mobile to cancel everything as i did not want the phone and did not even open the packaging. I was given a ref # 225814 and told to return the phone to a MTN store and that everything has been cancelled. I returned the phone to the MTN store at Mall@Carnival on 2/8/13 due to work obligations but this was well within the 10 day period allowed for. On 25/8/13 MTN debited my account with R225.08 which should not have happenened as they rendered no service for this money. I have been send from person to the next as i want my money back. MTN did not have any right to debit my account but now i have to fight to get my money back. I got an email from their customer service department on 2/9/13 to say a journal will be created for R68!!! Seriously you took R225.08 out of my account. The contract was cancelled the phone was never even openend i did everything and still you my money. I want all my money back how can MTN do this, this is!!! and why do i now have to fight to get my money back!!!
