I ordered a phone 9360 blackberry on line on the 19th of March but realised on the 20th that I have selected the wrong Model & I phoned back to rectify my mistake as there was no delivery made yet & I spoke to Delicia (sales) whom I made it clear that I have chosen the wrong model & she said she will change the info on the system so that I get the correct phone when they deliver. On the 26th they delivered the phone but it was the wrong phone & phoned Vodacom to let them know that the phone I received was wrong & the sales agent I spoke to looked at the previous comments & there were no changes done & he put me through to Delica & I told her that I have received the wrong phone & she told me she does not know why. She said she will send someone to come collect it & I told her to cancel the deal because I am moving from the address she has for delivering & she said she has cancelled it. At 01:46am I was woken up by sms from Vodacom saying that my free vodacom emil service has been cancelled & they have credited my account R1501.00 credit limit. Now I have no email & my airtime is gone & I have this airtime that I don't want on my phone because I have cancelled the deal.
