Contract cancelled but money being deducted

1. During May of this year my son ordered via the internet a Sony Xperia Z cell phone from Vodacom Direct;
2. When the cell phone was delivered, it was the wrong phone as a Nokia Asha 201 was delivered;
3. My son communicated with Vodacom Direct who undertook that they will replace the wrong phone and deliver the Sony Xperia Z phone to him;
4. After approximately 3 weeks without return of the wrong phone and delivery of the correct phone, he cancelled the transaction telephonically;
5. Several telephonic messages were left for a manager to phone him back but without any avail;
6. Vodacom Direct eventually confirmed that the agreement has been cancelled and that the wrong phone will be collected;
7. On the 9th of July 2013 the phone was eventually collected;
8. Despite the fact that the agreement has been cancelled Vodacom Direct keep making deductions from his bank account;
9. He is responsible for payment of bank charges to reverse the payments every time.

I want proof that this contract is now cancelled and that no further deductions will be made from his bank account and that he will be refunded for his bank charges as well!!!
