Where do i start.
First of all mtn signal everywhere is purely unacceptable. Try calling the call centre and after many dropped calls when you do eventually get through, the call centre is so noisy you can hardly hear the consultant who comes on. Then there's the level of service of the call centre agents, no one gets me so worked up over the phone as mtn call centre agents. Recently I've noticed that my 3g data isn't being topped up. So I called the call centre today, with no success of course, because the call keeps failing. So i go onto MTNsp website because I have a 3g data contract, when I try and register the response is that i do not have a valid contract, but I do have a contract, I know because I have over a year of sorrow with this contract. Then I try to change my billing method on the 3g desktop application, and the response I get is that the service is not available to contract customers, since when do prepaid customers get billed, utter disgusted disappointed at my wits end with mtn, been a customers for 12 years, I have 3 numbers with mtn. I wonder if a class action is not in order, in fact long overdue as it seems MTN is just not providing what they are being paid fo
