I have just recently moved over from contract (24 month contract ended) to prepaid while I decide what phone and service provider I wanted. The correct one month notice period was given and my number became a prepaid account from the 4 March. On the 2 April a debit order went through again on a contract that had now be cancelled??? I have now spent nearly two hours on the 082111 call centre, over 4 days, being transferred between the prepaid part and contract part because nobody can decide who must sort out this simple problem - return the money taken from my account! Have given my problem to about 10 different agents including a "manager" who promised to come back to me, yes I'm still waiting... the second thing is that on the 2 March I paid for a month's BIS only to have it cancelled when my sim moved over to prepaid. I had to take out a month by month setup, essentially paying for a service twice. Very poor service with high levels of incompetence - my advice to customers is change your providers!
