Billing problem and contract ending

Hellow.

I'm quite concerned about the service that is provided by Cell C its very bad, I was expecting them to take their final debit oder last Month as I was having 24 Months contract with them. They charged me R164 while I was expecting them to charge me their last R50 actualy they are surporse to return my R114 but now they are saying they will credit on my next instalments my quistion for which contract as my contract has ended at 10 March 2013 so I need my money back so please help me they realy provide me bad service.
