No response after complaint

I took out a cellphone contract on 21st Dec 2012 and on 27th December a call centre agent by the name of Nonhlanhla called to explain the benefits of the contract and advised that debit order for 25th Jan will be R 673.00. To my surprise, R 822.00 went through my account on 25th Jan. On Saturday 26th I went to 8ta shop in Clearwater Mall and was told to contact the call centre directly. On Monday 28th Jan at 08h17 I contacted the call centre and spoke to Thelumusa who advised that a Team Leader will call me back before 12h00. Today, more than 24hrs later, I still have not received a call from 8ta. I am disgusted by the utter bad services. They dont care for their customers and will go to my lawyers to have this contract cancelled.
