Sent in phone for Screen repairs

I gave my phone to MTN Sunninghill on the 14th of February for screen repairs. I was told I have insurance and would be contacted with details regarding the repairs. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing I called MTN and was told the phone is still with them and that I should have made contact with the insurance. How the was I supposed to know that I must organize for my phone to be fixed? Then on the 27th Feb I was contacted by the insurance to pay a fixed amaount. After that I called MTN again and asked what the status of my phone was and they were unable to assist me, just giving me n number which I must call to find out myself. Calling them last week Monday (4th March) the insurance company told me they had only received the phone that day.

Friday (8th March) I went into the MTN shop and requested information on what is going on with my fone because I was getting very irritated with the extreme lack of service. Again I was told with with a very nasty attitude from "Antonique" that it is not there problem and that I should call them myself.

I personally think this type of service is not acceptable. In my life will I never do business with MTN again thanks to the "GREAT" service
