I took my cellphone in for repairs in January they told me it would take up to 6 weeks for repairs, i went to the branch end of February to follow up and the cashier told me they've sended the phone to vodacom but was unable to repair it so i told them to get it fixed via the insurance i took on the phone, we went there today again (29 march) to follow up, just to find out the phone was never send in for repairs, the branch cant give us a valid reason for not sending the phone. why do i waste my money every month on insurance premiums if EDGARS fails to deliver???

The least the branch could have done is to contact me and keep me updated, is this how you treat all your customers???

EDGARS can you sort this out i want my repaired phone asap and when i eventually do get it you've lost yourself a customer (after 7 years) im not spending any time or money at EDGARS again!!!
