Hello Peter,
I loaded R60 airtime on Friday early evening, made 1 phone call (which went to voicemail) and mistakenly dialled an overseas number on my phone (which was never even answered) - and yet on Sat morning (around 8:30) when I was busy on a call a coice came on saying "1 minute remaining". So I dialled *141# which told me I had R0.30 airtime.
I called MTN call centre and spoke to Nokwanda who checked on my billings and told me that I have an MTN play subscription which charges me R0.50 per day. I told her it still didn't make any sense. She said she would send a request through and her supervisor should call back during the course of the day. Still no call back from MTN so on Sun I called again and spoke to Sonia who said that a request was sent to the supervisor - she will resend to her supervisor as only supervisors can credit back my airtime. It's now Monday, over 48 hours later - I still haven't heard back from MTN. So I am really off with them and the fact that nobody has called back from them, really shows that they don't care about their customers. This is really unacceptable!!!
