Cellphone Screen Repairs taking 3 weeks to fix

I sent my phone for screen repairs and I have wasted so much airtime trying to call and find out about the status of my phone. I was told that the turnaround period is 72hrs but 3 weeks later Im still waiting for my phone to be fixed or replaced. I need my phone back. I will be switching to another insurer by the end of this month.
