I am writing my third letter regarding the terrible service I am currently receiving from vodacom. I have requested confirmations on numerous occasions that my vodacom account is cancelled especially because my bank account is still being debited and because I have paid the cancellation amount in full on 21/12/2012 and because I have received numerous confirmations (over the phone with vodacom cancellations dept and on a statement sent to me by vodacom) that the money I paid was received by vodacom on 21/12/2012. On 15/02/2013 I received confirmation that my account has been cancelled with immediate effect from Moenier de Vries. It is therefore very annoying that on 07/03/2013 I receive an email from Moenier de Vries saying that my contract is still not cancelled and that I must pay another cancellation fee to close the account. Please assist in finally clossing this account. I have made it very clear to Moenier de Vries that I will not pay twice to cancel the same contract and I will not be harassed into doing otherwise. I would like to receive a written apology from vodacom and a letter that confirms that this contract is cancelled within the next 7 days.
