Brand new iphone 5 64 gig in for 2nd repai

Electronics and household app.

Hi, i upgraded to an iPhone 5 64 g on March 4th at Cell C Centurion, on March 14th my iPhone crashed and had to be sent in for repairs. 10 days after i received it. I got my phone back hoping that all was now fixed, but after 2 weeks the same problems started to surface. It gives a blue screen and then the whole phone switches of, i could not plug in my phone for backup, or transfer music as ringtones (thereby not even being able to use the phone to its potensial). Last night i plugged my phone in to charge, when i took it out, the screen went blue again and just switched of completly. I took it in to Cell C again this morning and again they want to send the phone in. This is unacceptable. My phone is not even 3 months old and i haven't had any joy. This while i still pay my account on an iPhone 5 as well as insurance. According to CPA, if a phone was sent in for repairs and the same problem/other problem is again happening, the supplier must either relpace the device or refund the consumer. Your urgent feedback awaited.
