I cannot begin to voice out my dissatisfaction with MTN... FIRSTLY THE INSURANCE section is a nightmare to get hold of, i spent almost a month without a phone as i was trying to get assistance. the phone went in for repairs on th e08th of january 2014 for screen repairs and yesterday the 22nd of january 2014 it was delivered only to find that the phone has there more problems it went in without!! the screen is fixed but the menu button is not functioning so when you go into an application you cant come out of it!!! (frustrating as you have to restart the phone) then the network is a problem!! lastly when i make calls i can hear the people but they cannot hear me.

i am so disatisfied with MTN particularly their insurance service!! i cannot wait for my contract term to expire, i will never ever take up a contract withMTN!! i have neva delayed a payment only to be treated like this!!

the one thing im certain im going to do is cancel my insurance with MTN!!! Id rather not be insured than to receive such poor service delivery!!!

UPSETTTTTT!!!
I cant even receive their call if they do call coz they took their courtesy fone and gave me a dead fone.
