BAD BAD SERVICE!!!

Telkom call centre phoned me on the 5.03.13 to say that they will install my phone line today 8.03.13. I received a sms this morning saying that it will be done on Monday 11.03.13. I phoned them and complaint and one of the supervisors arranged for a technician to come out for the installation today. Upon arriving the technician first of all didn't look like he wanted to work and after inspecting my property for about 5 min says that the pole line is broken and they will come out and fix it next week. After he left i went and inspected the pole line (the same way he did) myself and saw that there was nothing wrong with it. We have had terrible storms in this area and if that pole was broken as he said it would have definitely collapsed. I phoned the call centre AGAIN and spoke to one of the managers, she said they will sort it out and call me back, i also spoke to the area manager for SPRINGS by the name of Mr van Vuuren and he promised to sort it out and call me back. (as always no one called me back) So i took a day of work for NOTHING. If i had another option for a phone line i would have asked TELKOM to cancel my order. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
