Waiting almost 3 weeks for installation

In the week of the 21st of June 2013 we agreed to have a Telkom line installed at our home. They said they will install the 21st of June. An installer came and saw the pole was old and need to be replaced. He did nothing for the rest of the day. The next day another installer came and did the same which is nothing. On monday another installer came and he looked at the pole and the pole was replaced the next day. I never heard from Telkom again. I phoned them a few times on 10210. The first time I called no one could help me, just an attitude of u have to wait. The same day I sent an email to escalations and till today no reply. The next time I called was the 3rd of July where I spoke to Dane who helped me. He saw on the system that the pole needs to be replaced, which were replaced a week ago from when I talked to him. He said wait a day or two they will come to install. Well today is the 10th and yet no installation or anything. This is pathetic!!! No one lets me know anything of what is happening. I am at the point where they can keep their product, I don't need it, they only give me pathetic service!!!
