Poor service on installation

We received Sms's twice from Telkom that a technician has been dispatched to install our line. First time the technician did pitch, but didn't know where the Telkom cable is. He said he will have to look at the plan for the complex and they will call me back to let me know what next. The second time the technician never came. I went to the Telkom offices in the mall after 12 and the lady said to me it is still early they will still come. I wanted head offices number to lay a complaint, she told me their are so many numbers she wouldn't know which one to give to me. I asked her if she could find out what has happened to the technician her response was no I just have to wait. I called the call centre Lebogang promised she will call me back, after 2 hours I called again and the next person told me the number allocated to us was wrong they couldn't install my line. I was off work for 2 days and still I don't have a line, and still no feedback on when the line will be installed. If the service is so bad just to install a line how bad will it be once the line is installed. I would like to know why everybody is just passing the buck. Must I ask my money BACK???
