Removal of phone pole from property

On the 26/10/13 I went to Telkom office in ballito and asked for a pole to be removed from my property as i am building a wall and the pole is on the away. I have since cantacted Telkom about 5 time and all I get is different responses. I asked to speak to a senior I was told he is in a meeting.i then asked for him to call me once he is done as I was annoyed with the service and answers given by the 4 different people.i guess the meeting is still going on as a week later I have not been contacted.when dialing Telkom help line you spend nothing less than 20 mins on the line before being helped.i don't have a Telkom phone so why should they take so long to remove the pole.if the pole does fall as construction has begun and I have brought this up on a number of occasions I will not be liable for any damage.telkom needs to understand that this pole is now costing me money as I paying for construction which is being delayed and I am not a Telkom customer and I want the pole removed from my property.
