Telkom Service Pathetic-Unable to install landline

With great heart ache I write this regarding Telkom, I have recently moved premises and needed a telephone line installed at my new premises due to the fact that I had an uncapped ADSL line at my previous residence, a technician came to my new residence and inspected and informed me that the telephone pole closest to my new premises doesn't have any available slot for a line however the telephone pole down the road does have slots, he told me he has put the request forward to the planning department at Telkom to pull the line from the bottom telephone and they will get back to me. Today I receive a call and SMS from a lady from Telkom saying they will not be able to give me a land-line but can offer a wireless service. I can not run an uncapped ADSL line on a wireless telephone. How can she tell me she can not put in a land-line yet the technician said they can but need to pull the line from the telephone pole down the road. I am deeply sad and angry at the service I was offered. I have had my ADSL line with Telkom and Mweb for over a year now yet now they can not assist me. Truly pathetic service from Telkom.
