WAITING FOR TELKOM TECHNICIAN 3DAYS TO INSTALL LIN

I ordered a adsl line at my residence, the appointment was for wednesday - no technician - when i called the
call centre, technician said he was there - and called a business line - no answer. THIS business line is answered 24/7, with no proof that call was made.,
I requested the call centre to phone me for appointment as this was postponed to following week, after frustration - technician came yesterday, i waited 45min after call centre said he will be there - he was there 16h20 - after 5 min, he made another appointment for today @08h00, i took of work, waited for 1 hour, called the call centre, only to hear the technician phoned the same business line, (which is always answered!!!) and got only voicemail!!! i left 09h00, call centre phoned technician - again, he will be at the address at before 09h00 i must wait, it is 09h20 - still no technician, how much longer must i take off from work - to wait??

this is unexceptable!!! not only did i leave work 3 times to wait for a technician that still did not install any line
