Can't even install a telephone line

So, I signed up with Telkom about a month ago. Originally I signed up for ADSL and a telephone line. Which, after a week, still hadn't been processed, so I cancelled my original order and requested that just a telephone line be installed. A month has passed, I have been to Telkom stores about 4 times, made about 15 calls, had my complaint escalated twice, spoken to two managers, have had technicians just not show up 3 times, and still, NO TELEPHONE LINE.

This is honestly a joke, considering it is the primary function of the company.

The final straw was on Friday, when a technician failed to show up for the installation, even after I confirmed with the call centre that someone was coming out. On Monday I had to phone to follow up, spoke to a manager who promised to call back and assist me, he never did. I then phoned on Tuesday, spoke to a different manager, she promised to sort it out and phone me back, she never did...
