NON DELIVERY OF DONGLE!!!

This website seems to be the only way I can get answers out of Cellc as they do not answer their phones. Their e-mails and 08414329 sms line have a 24 - 48 hour response - NOT GOOD ENOUGH anymore!!!

Please be advised of the e-mail sent to your service centre:

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my dongle to be delivered to me. I spoke to a guy by the name of Godfrey who has been filling my head with empty promises and about the delivery. I phone customer care to be told I could not be helped and to dial 084145 and take opt 2. Naturally no calls are answered on this option. Phoned customer care again and spoke to Mohammed who said take option 0. There is no option 0 to take!!! and once again any other option you take except for new sales, no calls get answered.

Now please be advised of the following:
IF MY DONGLE IS NOT DELIVERED BY 4 PM TODAY, DON'T BOTHER, JUST GO STRAIGHT AHEAD AND CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AS I WILL BE GOING TO THE OTHER SUPPLIERS TO RECEIVE A DECENT SERVICE!!!

IF YOU ARE NOW INTERESTED IN MAINTAINING MY BUSINESS CALL ME ON MY CELL TO CONFIRM DELIVERY OF MY DONGLE TODAY OTHERWISE CALL ME TO CONFIRM CANCELLATION OF THIS CONTRACT!!!
