I called Cell C to upgrade my line, i spoke to Matshidiso 11/12 and she assured me all was done and i would receive my dongle within 5-7 working days. On 18/12, i called to follow up on delivery and i was informed that the upgrade was not done, my line was only migrated. I asked to speak to Matshidiso for an explanation. She advised that there was a system error, upgrade will only be done today and then i need to start counting another 5-7 working days. The fact that i was never informed of the system error prior my call to follow up is very unprofessional. I advised Matshidiso that i need her to arrange for the dongle to be delivered by 20/12, as i will be away after then. I never heard from her for another 2 days, until i called again on 20/12 to confirm delivery time. I spoke to Matshidiso's Manager/Supervisor as she was on lunch. He assured me a call back to confirm and to this day no phone call from him or Matshidiso. The aggravation of getting this upgrade done is unbelievable. As a result i want Cell C to cancel the upgrade/migration and my contract with immediate effect. I will not incur any charges as a result of their incompentencies - 084 777 2306
