Furious over Cell C incompetence

I should have been able to upgrade from the beginning of March. Due to no error of mine, I have been going back and forth between customer care and upgrades and still no upgrade has been done. I have been told because I added data bundles on my other line, that is seen as an upgrade so I need customer care to seize that order before they can do anything. One call centre agent told me its because of BIS & BES that Cell C's system is picking up that I have upgraded when I have not. I got an SMS yesterday saying my BES has been successfully deactivated. Now my bbm's, and every other app that needs Internet is not working. Cell C, you have reached a new level if incompetence. Now I'm stuck with no upgrade and no Internet access on my old phone. Now, I'm not asking, I' m demanding u sort out these problems, that have been created by yourselves not me, and don't respond by saying you will get someone to contact me, coz you said that 5 days ago and nobody called me or helped me. I had to call in and deal with your stupid staff. This has been going in for too long. I'm losing money as long as my Internet as bbm's is off. I refuse to call anyone now. Sort this out.

Very bad service and un helpfull with an attitude
