Dongle in house break in when laptop... replacement dongle with 3 g bought... old dongle blocked... then 3 g ran out... Soo went to Cell C in KC to reactivate the blocked dongle... in order to transfer data over to new dongle which was available and paid for when dongle was... they said they reactivated the old dongle and they were supposed to do a SIM swop after they told me to purchase 2 other SIM cards... nothing has happened and I still have no access to my prepaid data for the year and now have to make use of alternate access to internet which is inconvenient to me and other people... To Cell C... I wish Trevor Noah was your ambassador... also please upskill you contact centre staff as they are unable to provide a competent service to your customers... your "Blackberrys" are not the smartest phones in the shop... they kept passing me from pillar to post...
