Upgraded data contract and got an additional one

I upgraded my current 24 month data contract with Cell C witch came up for renewal in January 2013 and requested a new dongle additionally. I took delivery a few days later of my new dongle and signed for it. Suddenly I had an additional data contact which is debited from my account on a monthly basis. I started questioning the validity of this new data contract in April 2013 with numerous emails and phone calls but the only feedback I got from the service centre was "Kindly be advised that the contract was taken over the phone, there is a voice record and the delivery document that you sign when the PHONE was delivered." I made two attempt to log a query at ICASA about the specific issue at hand but is still waiting for any feedback. I then instructed my bank to put a stop order against any further payments (which I have been paying ever since the contact so called started in January 2013). Soon afterwards I was informed that my 3 other Cell C contacts (with are paid up to date) have been red lined and I could not access any of my 3 Cell C services. I have been a very happy customer with Cell C for many years but I will have to cancel any upgradable contracts as it comes along.
