I had a 3 year data contract with Cell C. Due to a smash and grab in February I stopped and cancelled the current data contract with Cell C. I then requested a new contract with dongle and sim card. Cell C delivered the dongle ONLY, no sim card. It took me hours of phone calls and waiting to eventually get through to Cell C. I then asked why would they only deliver the dongle and NOT the actual SIM card? They made a mistake and told me it would take 7 - 10 working days for the Sim card to be delivered. Or else I could go to a shop and buy a sim card and do the sim swop. I declined saying that its their responsibility to supply me with the necessary product. Eventually I cancelled everything and told Cell C to come pick up their dongle. Which they did. So, I have no dongle and ni Sim card and yet Cell C has taken money out of my bank every month up until now. I have emailed and called Cell C about 100 times already and I think it is disgusting and shocking that they just take money out of people's account without the person even having the dongle or sim. I have had enough and will be taking this further.
