Cell C dongle problems

I have a CellC dongle on prepaid. I purchased it at Dion Wired in Woodlands Boulevard.

This dongle keeps on disconnecting every 2-5 minutes. It is driving me insane, after it disconnects the connector program scans for a device again and then you can manually reconnect.

This is a Huawei e1752 cell c dongle.

Is there anything I can do to fix this or should I just accept that I bought a piece of rubbish and bin it?
