Anwa Dollie doesn't care about the client!

On 15/01/2013 I called Mweb's Sales Department to request application forms for a client of ours. After holding on for a total of 54 minutes, I gave up. I then decided to send Mweb an email for assistance. On 16/01 I still had not received any feedback from Mweb, and after another 36 minutes of holding on without getting through to Mweb, I decided to send another email for assistance.

I still had not received any feedback from Mweb on the afternoon of 16/01 and decided to log a complaint. I suddenly received the application forms from 2 different sales agents late that afternoon, and too late to get the forms signed by my client. This resulted in us only getting the application forms to our client on 25/02/2013. The forms were signed and sent back to Mweb immediately.

Meanwhile I have been communicating with Anwa Dollie, trying to get an answer of how long it will take for the application to be processed. I sent her 5 mails already, and still have not received any proper feedback. With each reply I only get short, unprofessional, incomplete, neglected responses from Anwa Dollie. Even after informing her that I will log another complaint, she does not give a proper response.
