CLIENT WITHOUT WEBSITE SINCE YESTERDAY

Due to Mweb's pathetic service, we have requested Mweb to cancel the hosting so that we can transfer the domain and hosting to another Hosting Company. The transfer was done yesterday already, and we have been struggling to get the EPP Authorization Code from Mweb since yesterday. We have already send several emails to the given email address (as supplied by the Customer Service Agent this morning), and we have also been on the phone with Mweb since early this morning.

Our emails are not being answered, and the Call Centre agents can't even get through to the Domains Department. Now, our client has been left without a website since yesterday afternoon, and we are not getting assistance from Mweb.

This is the reason why we are moving all our clients' hosting away from Mweb - without exception, we are always getting poor, unprofessional or no service at all. This is unacceptable, and even complaining does not help. We have logged several complaints about Mweb's poor service in the past, but Mweb is not doing anything about their poor system or lack of service.
