ONCE AGAIN, POOR SERVICE - NO IMPROVEMENT

On 03/12/2013 a client of ours sent their completed documentation to Mweb for the migration of their hosting package. Adri van Aardt confirmed that the documentation was received and that she would process the application that following morning. Only on 09/12/2013 have we received the confirmation that the application has been processed, and the new account information was sent to us. When we re-uploaded the website to the server, also on 09/12/2013, we noticed that the domain [URL Removed] did not show the uploaded website. We have immediately contacted Mweb for assistance, and poor, slow and incomplete feedback was given. Eventually The Mweb Guy informed us that "the zone files are still in the propagation stage". It has now been 2 days, and it is impossible for the propagation stage to still take place. Meanwhile, the client has been left without a website for 2 days, and we cannot assist our client properly. This is only one case reported to Mweb and HelloPeter since we are, without exception, receiving poor service from Mweb on an ongoing stage. When we complain, we just get an apology and reassurance that the problems will not occur again, but they do!
