Decided to switch to the Mweb "uncapped" product. It was proposed that I transfer my line to Mweb as well as any queries could then be handled by one provider and no party would be able to point fingers at each other when it comes to solving problems as everything would be held under one "roof". My line transfer took 4 Months. After numerous follow ups on my part - without feedback from Mweb, the transfer was eventually finalised. Post transfer my connectivity almost disappeared. I reported this and Mweb was going to investigate and provide feedback. More than a week later - still no feedback received!!! I could also not access my account as i never received a password, I was informed that i had to fill out a form and request a new password. More than a week later, I have still not received the relevant form that I need to fill ou in order to request the password which i never received in the first place, I am astonished that one still need to send forms to reset a password in 2013!!! The over all feedback and level of service combined with a substandard product is TOTALLY unacceptable. Mweb should spend the revenue allocated to marketing on infrastrure development!!!
