No response regarding cancelation

Have received a letter from ITS that I have been handed over to the attorneys as I owe MWEB R236. I then phoned them, they just told me to phone MWEB. I then phoned MWEB and after several cals and transfers got through to the accounts collections department. I spoke to a man who took my details and said he will look into this and will let me know the following day. This call was made on 25 September at 16:02 (the numbers I have called was :021 5968480 and 021 5968422). I still have not received any feedback regarding this matter. I have not recieved communication from MWEB, telling why I owe them money, just this letter from ITS telling me I have been handed over. I am very unhappy about this as I could get a bad credit rating as a result of poor administration and customer care from MWEB!

I have sent a FAX to MWEB on 30 May 2013 @ 09:43 to 011 388 2985 to cancel my account with them, yet received no feedback and followed this up with no help from MWEB. I then went ahead and cancelled it via email to [Email Removed] For in case I still had to pay yet another month for a service I didn't use.
