I would like to lay a formal complaint against MWEB and the way they have treated me unfairly as a customer.

I requested a service of 3g at Mweb at beginning of November 2013. This was done through application forms. My request was processed and a few days later I got the delivery of the 3g card via courier. When I opened, I realised they delivered a wrong sim card. I notified them immediately and they promised to send the right order which they did after a few days. This was an inconvenience as I needed the devise for work. Now having the correct sim, the computer nor ipad could not connect using the delivered sim card. I battled for days and holding on for hours on the phone while MWEB promised to get one of their technical support guys to help me but they failed. The end of the frustrating 2 days, I still had no service on my 3G. I immediately contacted MWEB and told them to cancel my contract as they are unable to provide me as a customer the service I required. The consultant said they will cancel the contract. On 1 Jan 2014, they debited my account for the service I did not receive. I view this as and and want my money back from MWEB
