I have tried to change my data bundle from Telkom to MWEB on their Website. The application form on the website did not want to accept my suburb and I eventually cancelled the process. The next day Mr Sha-Ebrahim Gamieldien, phoned me and we discussed the process to change over. Fax: 0215967654 / Tel: 0215968913 / Email: [Email Removed] He assured me that the process was simple, took my details and send me the application forms of all the services he suggested by e-mail.
On receiving the application forms (MWeb Data Application Form / MWeb Line Application Form / MWeb Website Application Form) being 14 pages, 17 pages and 17 pages and all to be signed / countersigned, it became clear to me that the process was not as easy as Mweb advocate on their website and as implicated by Mr Sha-Ebrahim Gamieldien.
I notified Mr Sha-Ebrahim Gamieldien immediately on the same day that I was not interested to make use of any Mweb services under these conditions. Wednesday, May 29, 2013 8:24 PM
Even after immediately cancelling Mr Sha-Ebrahim Gamieldien still processed the application and MWEB has put a debit order on my bank account without my permission.
