8TA ACCOUNT - 5 MONTHS AND STILL NO RESOLUTION!!!

I have been having issues with my 8 TA since OCTOBER!!! Have literally sat on the phone every single day, gone into the Fourways store about 6 times and logged THREE Hello Peter complaints and STILL NO ONE Has bothered to pick up a phone and try and assist me!!! There is something VERY wrong with my data package and it is literally eating my data! Over one month it literally used up 11 gigs in 2 days!!! I do NOT download movies or music, my software updates have been off for months - my computer has been taken to Dimension Data as well as other IT people who have all confirmed it is NOT my laptop but the 3 g card that is eating the data. We have even wiped the computer clean so we know for sure nothing is loading and i am now using up 10 gigs in about the first 8 days of the month and then having to load more gigs, and then my contact is blocked for the rest of the month!!! It is costing me a FORTUNE, i am losing business and I am having to work at Mug and bean to use their wireless, when i am home i had no choice but to use wireless on my vodacom phone which has now cost me an arm and a leg! I signed up for R199 a month for 10 gigs as i thought it was a good packaged and its now
