Mweb... not you too?

So, did an application for adsl data with mweb (telephonically) was told, will get 2 months free data etc etc etc... salesperson emailed to me an application form and a data migration form that had to be printed, filled in and signed and faxed back to them... I did not complete this process for various reasons, hence, considered the application as incomplete until I send them the relevant docs that needed to be signed back. anyway, a few months later, R420 was debited from my acc. I called in to find out why? Was told the "2 months free data " was over, and now its time to pay. Mweb says, they can see I did not use any of their data and that the migration process has not been done... long story short, I tell mweb, I will fill in the docs and send to them, then my acc can be migrated (but I would still expect my 2 months free data and a reversal of the debit from my acc) was told NO to the debit reversal, and whether I complete the docs or not, I have a 6 month contract and will have to pay anyway... its at this point I decide NO WAY WILL I USE MWEB FOR MY DATA needs, they're already have that "you have a contract" pay or else attitude??? No way, good bye mweb! Stay away from Mweb!
