Worst Customer service and attitude experience

I am a Telkom account holder and I had gone into the Overport Customer Service centre last week. My ADSL connector is faulty and Telkom Internet technical service advised me to take it into the nearest Telkom centre to have it replaced free of charge as it is still under warranty. The "very unhappy with her job" lady at the counter was rude and refused to look at my account and insisted that I pay for the component. She was rude to me. I called my mum to try and explain to this very rude woman that the component is under warranty and that I needed to use the Internet urgently as I had a project due. She had rudely refused to speak to my mum. We had requested for the land line there for my mum to call her to discuss the subject and after she had given the number to me she refused to answer the phone when my mum called. She rudely said that the line was not for Customers to phone in. My mum could here her rudeness and comments from my cell. She had refused to provide us with her name and refused to call her next in charge. She was appalling! We are now looking at MWEB as our new service provider.
