No communication between departments!!!

I have a 8ta number linked to my Telkom account and my service was interrupted on the 13 Feb 2013. I left it and brought my account completely up to date on the 25 Feb 2013 and still my line has not been properly reconnected. My phone line and ADSL is working properly but not my cellphone...

I have been phoning Telkom since Monday and been transferred from department to department and still no one has sorted this out or tried for that matter.

I have spoken to consultants at 8ta, Telkom accounts, Telkom mix, Telkom technical staff numerous times, spending hours on the phone and only ending up more frustrated.

At this point I feel like cancelling all dealing with Telkom because it is always a nightmare dealing with their staff!
