TELKOM! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

I applied for a telkom line re-installation and ADSL line for two properties. Telkom was great, they installed the lines within the timelines, 4 days apart from each other. The fist line was on the 1st and today is the 11th and I STILL CANNOT CONNECT THE ADSL LINES! No one can help me! I have spend 2 hours (today only - not including other days) with call centre consultants who don't know what to do and send me from one to the other!
Telkom has already billed me and in one day I was told there is something wrong with my line and it has been put on "rework" - and then I need to talk to technical support (who seem to be completely clueless and unable to handle unhappy customers, some even rude!), and that I have been escalated and will be called in 4 hours (which has no happened), when I called after the 4 hours I was told that my line has been discontinued! All in one day! I am disgusted by Telkom! Just when I thought they were improving they once again prove what everyone always says - they just cant get it right! No wonder MWEB is doing so well! They say their call centre is 24 hours but after been cut off at 5h50 when I call again - it seems I must call "during working hours! "
