I called the help number at 15h30 today for assistance with my internet connection. The woman who answered was extremely rude, abrupt and unhelpful to me. She refused to give me her name and simply cut me off. The second person, Musa, was very helpful, but couldn't give me any info on where to report my complaint about the bad attitude that I had received, He said there was absolutely no way that Telkom could trace the person that was so rude towards me, unless I had her name. But then she refused to give me her name! So, Telkom, is that really the case? I thought you were actually recording the calls for quality assurance!? How is it possible that Telkom would not be able to identify the person who answered my call!?
