TELKOM AGAIN! WHAT A NIGHTMARE

I opened two telkom accounts with line and internet (ADSL) - one for business and one for home. I closed the business one when I shut down the business and it is currently under 30 days closure period and cut off. The second line is active and up to date so it should be working. My home internet account has now been cut off because Telkom -at creation, swapped the business and home internet account! After being on the phone from 9am to 12h45 yesterday (and this is not a joke). I then went from department to department, with some of the consultants pathetically rude when trying to explain my situation - I was finally (45min) told by the technical department (Londi) that my call has been escalated and I will get a call from telkom within 2 hours. She also advised me not to use the active business account so I waited patiently. That was yesterday! Even if I wanted to move providers how do I do that without an internet account! Why can telkom NEVER get anything right past installation? Meanwile their "quality" account calls you for feedback! Why would you call a customer with an OPEN QUERY for quality and have no customer relationships management experience! Dealing with telkom is a NIGHT!
