I called Telkom to lodge a complaint for the 3 millionth time my ADSL line is never working works once or twice then it is back to square one. Telkom support agent Jabo refused to give me his last name with a stink attituide he refused to I use this for reference purposes because telkom has many Jabo's - Since when does a call centre agent refuse to give his last name I have work in many reputable call centres and it was required to give your last name. Call was made 25/06/2013 @ 4:49

I have been having issues with Telkom and they cant seem to sort this line issue out for awhile now. I have asked for a technical manager or service manager to contact me to no avail.

Please follow up on this Telkom escalation number is as follows: 553598092 or 524566 we pay alot of money monthly to have this service I am disgusted at Telkoms poor service you definatley will not be my ISP for life.

I will lodge a complain every day on this website I will also warn my family and friends not to deal with Telkom!
