Billing (Monthly charges for no reason)

I have a contract open with Cell C. Contract: Blackberry 9320, 100 anytime minutes, and BIS.
For the past few months I have being incurring charges of about R30. This month its gone up to R40, so I thought I would logic a complaint on Hello Pater. I went into a Cell C store (Cavendish), a month ago. The salesman (Extremely helpful) looked up my account and said he could see the billing (Internet billing) but he could not tell me what it was for. I never send SMS's and I do not download. I use the internet now and then, but when I do I'm generally connect to WIFI. I only use my phone for calls and email. The salesman suggested I could try different things (deleting different things ect.), and we tried but nothing worked. He said I should phone into technical and lodge a formal enquiry but I really don't see why I have to go through all of that.
Cell C is charging me a monthly bill extra of -R30-R40.
I have a contract open with MTN and this has never happened and if it did they would have rectified it by now.

NB (This is not at all a complaint to Cell C store Cavendish, their help was fantastic)

The contact is in my sister name. So I dont have her ID number.
