I have posted a previous complaint about Vodacom about an upgrade gone wrong. Risheen Matsimella did help me regarding this problem and the matter was resolved. I have changed my complaint to a smiley (Over the moon), which I shouldn't have done. If Risheen reads this, I would like to know when you are going to fix my account? You said that you are just waiting for a certain date to fix the account but the whole of July went by and the debit order Vodacom deducted from my account on 1 August is still the wrong amount. Vodacom has money from me for 4 months now. Still NO credit on my account!! I spoke to one lady at the accounts department and she told me that it was an individual's mistake and not Vodacom. They are not going to fix it. Really? So the employees at Vodacom can really just do what they want and the consumer just have to pay for THEIR mistakes? This is really VERY BAD service from Vodacom. I have spoken to so many people at Vodacom and 99.9% of them are SOOOO rude and not helpful at all. And there are a lot of other people feeling the same way...
