MTN - Promised 4meg internet but produce 225k

After 6 Months of constant emails, phone calls (Hours and Hours of phone calls) Mtn eventually installed a tower at my house. I have not yet at any given moment had the 4 meg the sales person guaranteed me for my first 3gig and then 1 meg for the next 30gig. I am running at a stable 225kb, not what I paid for and not what I expected.

This to me is breach of contract and poor poor service. I am still spending hours on the phone trying to get this sorted, I am desperate and frustrated at the same time. Mtn just do not care!! They get the ten's of thousands of contracts through and deceit, and once you have signed you are nothing. Your endless phone calls and emails means nothing.

Very angry and disappointed and blame myself for my stupidity to go away from a trusted VODACOM.
